The seismically safe four story ambulance deployment facility is advanced to increase emergency response time, becoming the new headquarters for the San Francisco Fire Department's emergency medical services. The 25,000 sq-ft site has extensive parking spaces, conference rooms, training rooms, communal spaces, as well as an emergency generator and solar panels. The design of this facility will define the neighborhood's future prominent residential and retail development.

Loisos and Ubbelohde provided energy modeling and evaluation of the building performance in pursuing a LEED Gold rating.
